Wise Women uses an electronic process to streamline check-in at events. When you purchase a luncheon or other event ticket, you receive an email confirmation with a QR code that should be shown at check-in. The QR code scanning speeds up our check-in process, as it automatically checks in the name on your ticket and reduces the time it takes for ambassadors to manually review a printed guest list!

Access your QR code

Before event day, check the confirmation email on your phone to be sure your QR code displays correctly. If your QR code image is not displaying, see the “Troubleshooting” section below.

There are two ways other ways to access your tickets:

  • Save to your digital wallet. As of January 1, 2024, you can now add your ticket to Apple Wallet or PassWallet (for Google Play)! In your ticket confirmation email, click the “Add to Apple Wallet” in the light gold ticket section to save your ticket to your mobile device. (This link should connect to PassWallet if you are on an Android device.) If you can’t see the wallet button, see the “Troubleshooting” section below.
  • Download the PDF attachment. Your confirmation email will also include a PDF attachment that displays your ticket information and QR code. You can show this to an ambassador on your phone, or you can print it out.

Either of these methods should make it easy for you to quickly access and show your QR code at check-in!

Troubleshooting

Depending on your operating system and settings, images (like the QR code) may be blocked.

For example: If you have an iPhone and use Apple Mail, you may see a square icon with a question mark indicating an image is not being shown. If you open an alternative email service provider, like Gmail, on your iPhone, you are more likely to see the images displaying correctly.

Preparing for event day

You can keep track of your email confirmation by starring or flagging it so that you can access it more quickly on event day. You can also take a screenshot on your phone to display the QR code from your pictures.

If you purchased raffle tickets, you will see multiple QR codes. An ambassador will scan the first code associated with your luncheon ticket.

Additional support for your ticket(s)

If you are confused or having trouble finding your QR code, don’t worry! We will have the name on your ticket in our system and can look you up. You can also use the chat in the lower right to ask about your ticket or request that we re-send your ticket to the registered email address.
