Amy Barg
Speaker, Coach, DISC Consultant, Podcast Host
Surviving what she “wouldn’t wish on her worst enemy” (divorce, death of her parents, and being downsized from two jobs) jolted Amy into her journey of personal growth and led her to where she is today—passionately speaking and training about the importance and power of creating growth environments both personally and professionally.
Amy is a speaker, coach, DISC consultant, ten-year member with Maxwell Leadership, and host of the Growth Mindset Matter Podcast.
She believes surprises are things we tend to remember, so here are a few surprises about Amy:
- In her first lead in a musical… she danced on a table.
- She gave birth to her first child… before she was 21.
- Her first time ziplining… happened at age 51.
- Oprah called her onto the stage at a taping of her show… because she was wearing green.
And… Amy believes we feel most comfortable when things are certain, but we feel most alive when they’re not.
