Learn how you may be basing choices and beliefs on false perceptions, and understand the importance of examining core beliefs that you have built your identity around. By identifying and dismantling some of these false perceptions, we can discover the freedom to take risks and make a greater impact.

Kimberly Wright is a business owner, speaker, and author with more than 20 years of diverse leadership experience in both the business and nonprofit world. She owns two LLC companies and is the creator of Perception Leadership, which was created to help female leaders transform perceptions for higher impact and influence. She has a psychology degree from the University of Oklahoma and has been married to John for 28 years. They have four adult children.
