Agreement

1. At least 6 weeks prior to the event: Provide the company’s logo in jpg format for advertising and communication about the Luncheon and website address if applicable.
2. At least 5 weeks prior to the event: Payment of $375 (if Title sponsor), $200 (if Supporting sponsor) by Paypal invoice that will be sent to the email address provided. If payment is not received 5 weeks prior, sponsorship may be canceled. (this is because our venue requires payment 4 weeks in advance.)
3. On the day of the event, I will provide an item for the monthly drawing at the Luncheon. This should have a value of at least $25 for Title Sponsors or $15 for Supporting Sponsors.

You will receive a response letting you know when the application is approved and for what month to make sure that month works for your calendar as well.
